Covid Precautions

To adhere to the Governments Covid 19 guidelines, and to keep our customers and staff safe, we have implemented some new changes.

  • Restaurant
    • We have removed 30% of our tables and chairs.
    • Tables will be limited to 6 people.
    • We will be keeping our windows and doors open, and our air-conditioning on to aid ventilation.
    • There will no longer be any cutlery, crockery, condiments or placemats on the tables. Everything will be brought out to you, once you are seated at the table.
    • All visitors to our Restaurant will be required to provide their name, telephone number and email address, to enable us to keep a track and trace system.
    • Antibacterial gel will be available at the front door, and outside the bathroom doors.
    • We will be using disposable menus, and our wine lists will be thoroughly deep cleaned after each use.
    • Our staff have been thoroughly trained on our new Covid practices, and although our cleaning standards were already extremely high, we have made our increased both the frequency, and intensity of our cleaning processes.
    • We have put new locks on our external toilet doors, with a one in, one out policy.
    • Our bathrooms are being cleaned every 30 minutes, with a rota on view.
  • Takeaway
    • We will have a one in, one out policy in our Takeaway.
    • There will be Antibacterial gel at the front of the Takeaway counter.
    • We will no longer have Salt, Pepper, Vinegars or Ketchups available on the counter, instead please let our staff know what you would like, and we will be more than happy to put them on for you. We will also have bottles of all condiments available for you to buy and take home.
    • We ask that you please refrain from leaning on any of the counter tops.

We want our everyone to feel 100% comfortable at the North Sea, and we hope it shows through the measures we have taken. We are extremely dedicated to all of our customers, staff and contractors welfare, and we welcome any feedback to help you feel more at ease when visiting us.
